Cernamak Property Care (“Cernamak”, “we”, “our”, “us”) provides property improvement and maintenance services, including but not limited to:

Subscription-based maintenance
Renovation and large project management
We operate primarily within London and surrounding areas.
2. Services
We offer a variety of services as described on our website.
Service details, scope, and pricing are listed for transparency.
However, all work is subject to availability, scheduling, and property assessment.
We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any service, pricing, or offer at any time without prior notice.
3. Bookings and Payments
All bookings and purchases made via our website are processed securely.
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Once payment is confirmed, we will contact you to arrange dates, confirm requirements, and ensure all project details are clear.
For larger works, a deposit may be required, with the remaining balance due in stages or upon completion, as agreed in writing.
All prices shown include VAT (if applicable) unless otherwise stated.
4. Subscriptions and Maintenance Plans
Cernamak offers subscription-based maintenance services on monthly or annual payment options.
By subscribing, you agree to recurring payments until cancelled.
You may cancel at any time by providing at least 30 days’ written notice prior to your next billing date.
Each subscription level includes specific tasks and visit frequency as described on our website.
Services outside the plan’s scope may be quoted separately.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Design Consultations & One-Off Services
You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the appointment for a full refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a charge of up to 50% of the service cost.
Missed appointments are non-refundable.
Renovation or Large Works
Deposits are non-refundable once work or material procurement has begun.
Refunds (if applicable) are issued only if we fail to deliver the agreed work or service.
Subscriptions
You can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice as outlined above.
Refunds for unused time are not typically provided unless due to an error on our part.
6. Access and Property Responsibilities
The client must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property for our team.
Any delays caused by lack of access, unsafe conditions, or incomplete preparations may result in additional charges.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any known issues, hazards, or special instructions prior to work commencing.
7. Materials and Equipment
All materials, equipment, and tools used for our services are provided by Cernamak unless otherwise agreed.
Materials remain the property of Cernamak until payment is received in full.
We use only quality materials suited for the job. Substitutions may be made if certain materials are unavailable, provided they meet or exceed equivalent standards.
8. Liability
While every care is taken, Cernamak shall not be liable for:
Pre-existing issues or damage in the property
Delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g., weather, supply shortages, transport delays)
Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect performance or safety
Any indirect, consequential, or economic loss
Our liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total price paid for those specific services.
Cernamak is fully insured for public liability and professional operations.
9. Guarantees and Aftercare
Certain works are covered by a workmanship guarantee — this will be specified in your quotation or service agreement.
Guarantees do not cover wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or lack of proper maintenance.
10. Privacy and Data
Your privacy is important to us.
We collect and process personal data only as needed to provide our services and operate our website.
All data is handled securely in accordance with UK GDPR regulations.
